He has been working as a trainer and management consultant for a wide variety of service sectors in the hospitality and retail industries since 1999. He is also a successful book author, sought-after speaker, lecturer, as well as co-founder of Rio-Group-Munich and partner of Testando. As a trainer, he specializes in lifestyle, sales training, easy leading and project development. With his strategic coaching in Germany and abroad, he makes companies and employees shine.

After completing her bachelor's degree in brand communication and advertising at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Lucca worked for the advertising agency Zentralsüden, where she worked as a junior creative on social media marketing, advertising concepts and strategies for companies such as Blackyak, GU and Happy Coco. For Hypovereinsbank, Jochen Schweizer and the social organization Brotzeit she developed future concepts, brand appearances and advertisements.

After graduating with a Master of Science in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Antwerp Management School, she now works as Creative Strategist at FSS, where she acts as contact person for brand communication, conception & strategy.

Is co-founder and part of the management team of Future Service Sells GdbR. As a trained trainer and service coach, she motivates teams to peak performance. She advises clients in all industries and countries and, in addition to conducting trainings, develops holistic business concepts. Other areas of focus are sales promotion and optimization of existing processes and procedures, as well as the development of new strategies. Nicole originally comes from Austria, where she laid the foundation of her professional career in the hotel and catering industry. In order to expand her practical knowledge, Nicole moved to Munich for her tourism management studies. After successfully completing her studies, she helped to build up the company Talent Garden GmbH in a leading position, which she was instrumental in developing into a company with several locations within Germany and over 1000 employees.

Marcel Leiprecht

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Media Management at Macromedia in Munich, Marcel worked at the Serviceplan agency Saint Elmo's, where he was able to leverage his passion for cars through online concepts for companies such as Audi, Porsche & Bugatti. At the start-up thinkgate, he was also able to gain further experience in marketing as Marketing Director. After graduating with a Master of Science in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Antwerp Management School, he now works as Creative Strategist at FSS, where he is the contact person for (online) concepts, brand communication and strategy together with Lucca.
